OWNER HEAD COACH LANDON SHOWALTER
Coach Landon started MMA with Charles Pearson (C3) in 1999. Landon has more than 50 fights to his credit.
Coach Landon was given the nickname of “The Show” by Coach Charles Pearson for his relentless and explosive fighting style with notable wins over UFC vets Drew ”The Master” Fickett and Steve ”HollyWood” Bruno.
Coach Landon has been in combat with many UFC veterans, including Dennis ”SuperMan” Hallman, “Bad” Brad Blackburn, Chris ”The Crippler” Leben, Matt ”The Law” Lindland, ”Ruthless” Robbie Lawler, Pete ”Drago” Sell, Mark Stevens, and Shonie ”Mr. International” Carter.
Landon won the North American Thai Kickboxing title, North American MMA title, Gladiator Super Fight title, and Conquest Of The Cage MMA title.
Coach “Show” has hung up the gloves to focus on his growing family and to continue to develop his gym, AKA MMA & Fitness, located in Arlington, WA.

COACH JAMES BROWN
A proud husband and father of 3 , all of whom train at AKA , James Martial Arts journey has spanned over 20 yrs. James competitively wrestled in both Folkstyle and Freestyle from an early age up into high school and even did MMA in his younger yrs. A US Army OIF V +VI Veteran. Now a Brown Belt James brings a wealth of grappling and self - defense knowledge to the gym.
COACH JACK MCCRAE
Jack came to AKA at the age of 14 yrs old. Now 18 yrs Old he has found a home here at AKA . after dedicating the past 4yrs all to Kickboxing , BJJ , and MMA he has found a passion to spread knowledge to Arlington's youth . Jack has been competing in both Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Art's . Currently an active AKA fighter he is always striving to get better and better . Jack taught along side of Coach Landon until he was rewarded with position of Kids Club coach because of his hard work , passion, and dedication .
